My name is Jane Rodriguez and I am the CEO & Founder of The Thriving CEO. I am a proud Bilingual Latina, born and raised in Miami, Florida who currently living in Orlando, FL.
I help professional speakers (and other aspiring entrepreneurs!) create systems and processes that save them 15-20 hours a week of administrative work in addition to supporting them through a bunch of other business mumbo jumbo that is often times very confusing and difficult.
I help bring ease and organization into your life by implementing magical systems and processes that will help you not only breathe easy, but help you feel more confident in your day-to-day.
So, how do I get to do what I do? Well it started a little bit like this…
As an Student Affairs Professional, I felt like I was capable of doing so much more and this included creating the life I really craved, so I embarked on the journey of discovering my other passion areas.
With this in mind, I started my business in April of 2019 as a Lifestyle + Branding Coach where I helped individuals develop the self-confidence they needed to build their brand + business. The more I worked with folks, the more I realized that my attention was always drawn to the nitty gritty. I loved figuring out how things worked and how to make them better. I loved implementing new ways to make my business be as efficient as possible! Why? So I could spend all that extra time I was saving reading or traveling or hanging out with my friends and family.
I realized where my true passion lied and that was in helping other CEOs upgrade their businesses to be as efficient + organized as possible so they could reach their fullest potential while making sure their branding game is on point!
I started focusing my work on professional speakers because I felt that my background uniquely positioned me to support speakers in the way they needed it. Through my career in Higher Education, I understood the process of hiring speakers and through my business, I understood the importance of having systems and processes in place.
In addition to that, I fell in love with the branding side of it all that allowed me to express my creativity, and not only working with speakers, but helping others who wanted to start a business as a virtual assistant and online business manager.
One thing you should know about me is I am multi-passionate! I love to do it all and am known as the Jane of all trades
It has been such an amazing journey so far and I can’t wait to continue to not only grow my own business, but help others grow theirs too…maybe even yours!

Throughout my life, I have learned to take my lived experiences as a Latina and integrate it into living my best life and finding ways that work for me while embracing both the Cuban & American sides of my life. I say this because I want to be an open and safe space for absolutely everyone no matter where you come from, who you love, or how you identify.
